We highly recommend participants to book their hotels no later than_June 14th due to the high occupancy in the city during the season, Convention Hotel may be fully booked.

On - Line Reservation

Participants must sign up for an account on the on-line registration system to start process. We kindly ask you to give the full and correct information in the required fields. These informations will be used for all communications, badge printing, invoice etc.

System allows the make reservation only for the Convention days. If you want to book the room for an earlier or later date please contact the Convention Secretariat via e-mail;

Method of Payment
All payments must be made through the on line system by Credit Card only.
(MASTERCARD & VISA are accepted). Online payments will be processed through the secure payment page of the Convention online system)

All payments should be made in Euro (official currency of the convention). An automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to the participant upon completion of registration payment. Receipt can be downloaded from the on-line registration system after the payment is confirmed.


Your hotel reservation confirmation letter will be sent after full payment is received.

Cancellation of Registration / Refund

Refund for cancellations of accommodation will be made subject to the following deadline and administration charge.

Until June 14th, 2018, 17.00 CET 50 Euro Administration Charge
From June 15th to August  31st 2018, 17.00 CET 1 Night Cancellation Charge
From September 1st to October 19th, 2018, 17.00 CET 2 Night Cancellation Charge
From October  20th 2018 No Refund

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Convention Secretariat by e-mail or fax. The refunds will be made after the Convention and Bank charges will be deducted from the amount due.
